I am Ariel — writer, mother, and intuitive trainer. Grace & Grit Studio was born from a simple belief: fitness should feel like freedom, not punishment.
As an intuitive trainer, I coach beyond sets and reps. I help women tune into their body's signals, honor their rhythms, and build strength from the inside out. No one-size-fits-all programs. No guilt. Just you, your body, and the work.
